Kiran was born in 1981in a royal Rajput family in Rajasthan. She graduated from the prestigious Mithibhai College, Mumbai and soon after began working in music videos, which was the stepping stone to her film career. In her first film she played Hritik Roshan’sfiancé in Yaadein (2001). Subsequently she worked in a few more Bollywood films.
